We are a small Slovak sole trader that does one thing: we source, import, and sell one well-formulated food supplement - Kaliva Support - to customers across the United Kingdom. We believe in plain language, honest labelling, and a simple ordering process.
A Food Supplement, Not a Medicine
Kaliva Support is a food supplement. That is a specific legal category: a product intended to complement a normal diet, not to treat, diagnose, or prevent illness. It is regulated as a food product under UK and EU food supplement legislation.
Kaliva Support is not a medicine. It will not cure anything. It is not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet. It is not a replacement for medical advice or prescription medication. We say this plainly because we think you should know exactly what you are buying.
What Kaliva Support does do is provide a convenient, consistent daily format for seven nutrients - each with specific authorised health claims (per EU Regulation 1924/2006) when taken at appropriate levels. The claims are attached to individual nutrients, not to the product as a whole.

Phone-confirmed orders
Every order is confirmed by a real person over the phone before dispatch. No automated fulfilment, no surprise charges. You know what is coming.
Cash on delivery only
We do not take card payments online. You pay when the pack arrives - by cash or card to the courier. This is our standard process, not an exception.
14-day return window
If you change your mind, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns are straightforward for unopened packs.
