How Delivery Works

After you submit your name and phone number, our team calls to confirm. This step means your order is verified before anything is packed or charged.

Once confirmed, your order is packed and dispatched by Royal Mail or a courier service, typically within one to two working days.

Delivered to your door
The courier or postman delivers your pack. Payment - by cash or card - is made at the point of delivery. No card details are ever taken online.

Returns & Cancellations

14-Day Return Window Return an unopened pack within 14 days of receipt.

Cancellations Cancel at no cost before dispatch - either during the confirmation call or by contacting us directly.

Return Postage Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Refund Timeline Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your returned pack.

COD Refusal If you choose not to accept the delivery, the order is simply cancelled at no charge to you.
