These Terms govern your use of viliammeluch.sk and the purchase of Kaliva Support from Viliam Melúch, Družstevná 697/10, 044 24 Poproč, Slovakia.

1. Acceptable Use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use it in any way that breaches applicable law, infringes third-party rights, or transmits harmful or offensive content. We reserve the right to restrict access to the site at our discretion.

2. Ordering and Sale

How to order: Submit your name and phone number via the order form. This constitutes an expression of interest, not a binding order. A binding contract is formed only when our team calls to confirm the order and you verbally agree to proceed.

Prices: All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable VAT. The price at the time of confirmation is the price you pay. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before confirming any order.

Payment: Payment is made exclusively on delivery, by cash or card (Visa or Mastercard) to the courier. No payment is taken online at any stage.

Cancellation before dispatch: You may cancel your order at no charge at any time before it is dispatched - either during the phone confirmation or by contacting us afterwards by phone or email.

3. Limitation of Liability

Kaliva Support is a food supplement, not a medicine. Information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. We accept no liability for decisions made on the basis of information on this site. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the price paid for the relevant order. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website - including text, images, design and code - is owned by or licensed to Viliam Melúch. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

5. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. However, food supplements with a broken seal cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Full details are set out in our Return Policy.

6. Dispute Resolution

We will attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. You may also use the UK's certified Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) providers or the online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under applicable local law.
